We are a private medical practice office, so you will be asked to pay medical extra fees, for consultations as well as for the surgical procedures.

According to your mutual fund health insurance coverage, part of these medical extra fees might remain at your charge.

You can make your consultation appointment directly on this website clicking on the yellow button : « Online appointment »

In case of emergency, opt for the phone (+33(0)5 56 51 51 64).

During the consultation, the surgeon can ask for additional examination or you already have some analysis results.

In the light of these results, the surgeon decides with you to perform a surgery or to suggest you a non-surgical treatment.

In case a surgery is necessary :

The surgery will be performed on one day and you will be discharged in the evening : Ambulatory care.

The surgery needs at least one night at the clinic : Hospitalization.

You have to come to the Hospitalization’s office on the 2nd floor of the Urology Department (Consultation building) where your file will be specially prepared including:

  • A document describing the pathology and the type of surgery that will be performed, (AFU-French Urology Association)
  • An informed consent that you have to sign after receiving the explanation regarding the characteristics of the surgery performed, and that will have to be given to the nurse at the moment of your admission

- A recap of the file content,

- The instructions to follow before the surgery,

- The prescription of Bétadine,

- A prescription for a urine analysis (essential),

  • - Consider asking a transport prior approval if warranted (if you live at more than 150 km, for the return journey only, the outward journey is at your charge)
  • A letter for the anaesthesiologist you have to make an appointment with
  • An admission request form for the Clinic

An estimate with the different fees you will have to pay :

- The Clinic fees : the room (individual or not), the meals

- The cost of the surgery

- The anaesthesiologist extra fees

- Extra fees for the working of the urology department

- Extra fees : equipment and reputation of the surgeon

- If the office is closed when you come by, you will have to call at this following n° 05 56 51 55 53 during working hours so that they can send you your hospitalization file by postal mail.

Before hospitalization:

Once your admission has been confirmed after the pre-anaesthetic consultation, you will have to hand over the administrative documents necessary to your admission. First, you will have to take your identity card with you.
